Important information about using our services

Unfortunately, we are unable to give refunds for any items bought in the shop.

All Products

Please be aware that any purchases made must not be shared with any other settings. Any reproduction or distribution of our works would be a breach of our terms and conditions.

In the event of damaged goods, we will be happy to replace them within 14 days of the order being sent with picture proof of the damage to the product.

Some products contain payment plans which will be taken exactly a month after the date of the initial purchase, you can select to pay via payment plan at the product page.


Please be aware that the Early Years Inspection Programme is only available to customers who have been subscribed to the Early Years Inspection Hub for 6 months or paid off the 6 months in advance.


Please note that this course is only accessible for 1 year after the date of purchase.


Please note : If you have booked and paid for a quality improvement audit and you get inspected before we arrive we will issue you with a full refund

Refunds are unavailable for online training

Access to all online training expires 60 days from the date of purchase unless indicated otherwise*.

All safeguarding zoom links will be sent within 48hrs of the course date

Access to all Digital Download products expire 60 days from the date of purchase unless indicated otherwise*.

Access to the Staff and Parent bundle, ARE YOU READY PROGRAMME and INTENTION to IMPACT programme expires one year from the date of purchase unless indicated otherwise*.


DSL and Level 3 Safeguarding Training is non-transferable after purchase.

It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure they are able to access zoom on their own devices; in the event that a delegate does not show up, they will not receive a certificate of completion and there will be no refunds. Those who do not attend cannot transfer their training to another day.

Please note that spaces are non-refundable and can only be transferred to another course with 14 days notice before the training.


Please note that tickets for events are non-refundable.


Once you have purchased the accreditation you will have up to 15 months (Maximum) to complete and submit for assessment. You will have access to zoom mentoring sessions which you will need to access regularly and dates will be placed on the Facebook group. If you do not complete within the 15 months, then you will need to sign up to our extension programme to continue receiving our support.

If you signed up to the Platinum package and do not complete within the 15 months then this will be changed to a Gold package and you will have to send your books to us for assessment.

If you fail the first assessment you will be given one further chance to obtain the award. Feedback will be given through our report.

If for whatever reason you are unable to finish the accreditation within the 15 months then you will not be eligible for a refund, however an extension programme can be purchased instead.

*We regret we are unable to give refunds if you have not accessed or completed your training or downloads before expiry for any reason whatsoever.

The phrase “indicated otherwise” may mean (depending on context):

  1. You have agreed a different term (in writing) as part of a bespoke deal with Jigsaw Early Years Consultancy Ltd, OR
  2. The descriptive text boxes during the checkout process clearly indicate a different expiry term.
