The IMPACT Leadership Programme has been created to guide and support room leaders in their journey through leading a team as they take those baby steps into the big wide world of management.

During this 6-week course, they will learn about leadership styles and how they can use the 6 IMPACTS to lead their teams to OUTSTANDING results. Plus, they will have a chance to problem-solve with other room leaders, sharing stories and issues they will resolve together.
